Ma Maloney made these often for her family including T.J.'s favorite traditional Irish breakfast: Irish bacon, Irish pork sausage, tomatoes, white pudding, black pudding, eggs, mushrooms and soda bread. On Sundays and special occasions Ma would prepare a batch of her Irish bread pudding for dessert. Don't worry, you don't have to wait ‘til Sunday. Have any dessert you like.
