A friend of the town, Rosie was known by everyone. At 90 she still sold her produce in the market everyday. Cheerful and good humored she was an inspiration to all passersby. Each lad would tip his hat and each lass would smile always wondering what her secret to longevity was.

One day, T.J. stopped and asked the question, "What's kept ya tickin' all these years?" With a mischievous smile she reached into her stall and behind the counter sat a half empty pint. "I owe it to me little pint of Guinness," she said. And so began T.J.'s ritual of a pint a day.
